Price Match

We work hard to ensure that we offer the best value commercial gym flooring in Australia, but this is not always possible.

Our Price Match Policy is very simple – if you find a better price on a particular item in our range from another supplier that is in stock, and it adheres to the conditions below, we’ll match it.

Price Match Policy conditions:

• The products must be identical – specifications, size etc
• We must be able to verify other price. This can be vie a URL or a PDF quote. Quotes in WORD or email are not accepted.
• Price match request cannot be retrospective – it must be made at the time of purchase.
• It does not extend to online auction offers (like eBay), or any refurbished, factory seconds or used products, resellers.or Facebook marketplace sellers
• Any offer Command Gym Flooring make to price match a competitor is valid for 24 hours only.
• The Price Match Policy does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance/close-out items.
• When price matching online or interstate stores, we will take into account the added cost of delivery. If the identical product can be purchased and delivered via an online store, or interstate store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will match that price.
• We reserve the right to make the final decision on what constitutes a comparable product, and may require proof for unrealistic claims.
